These Terms of Use define how the ongconseil.org showcase website, published by ONG Conseil, may be accessed and used. The site presents the RÉSONANCE SaaS platform and enables visitors to get in touch and to apply for roles.

3. Access to the site
The site is freely accessible to any user with Internet access. Access-related costs (equipment, connection) remain the user's responsibility. ONG Conseil endeavours to keep the site continuously available, without an obligation of result, and may suspend access for maintenance or in cases of force majeure.

The site is informational: it presents RÉSONANCE, its features and its offers, and provides contact and application forms. Subscribing to and using the RÉSONANCE platform as a service is subject to a separate commercial agreement concluded between ONG Conseil and the client.

The user undertakes to make fair use of the site, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, not to collect data by automated means without authorisation, and to provide accurate information in the forms. Any fraudulent or unlawful use is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
