Brands & commerce
Show what makes your offer useful, answer your prospects’ needs and give customers a reason to return.
Résonance / Relationships in motion
Résonance, the augmented campaign software by ONG Conseil. Its guiding principle: start with what interests your audience to prepare a message that speaks to them. A relevant argument, the right tone and a clear next step: explore personalisation through fundraising and advertising campaigns, explained step by step.
The right angle, tone and format. With the facts and your identity as a starting point.

Built around your work
A brand, nonprofit, campaign team or agency: contexts change. Clarity and the quality of the relationship remain.
Show what makes your offer useful, answer your prospects’ needs and give customers a reason to return.
Reconnect with supporters, welcome new members and make your convictions resonate.
Explain the changes you support and prepare answers to the public’s questions.
Make the case for a programme. Explain a position. Answer publicly.
Prepare campaigns with your clients, get the texts approved and give local teams the versions to publish.
What does Résonance do?
You are organising a furniture repair workshop. One person wants to learn how to repair a chair; another wants to make their belongings last longer. It is the same project, but the reason to take part can differ. Personalisation starts with the interests people have expressed.
The first message highlights learning with volunteers. The second explains repairing instead of replacing. The date, venue and participation conditions stay the same. For a product or a fundraising appeal, the same approach means choosing what answers the expressed need, without inventing a promise.
Explore a product, choose a time slot or support a project: each message offers a specific action. The text also fits its format, from email to letter. Before sending, the team checks the arguments and information. After the campaign, registrations, purchases or donations help assess results, without automatically attributing every decision to the message.
Personalisation, made clear
Choose a topic, a tone and a format. Compare the messages: the information stays the same.
Two situations, several ways to connect with a person. Choose an angle, tone and format.

Résonance brings the source, the draft and the points to verify into one dossier.
A shared dossier, clear roles
Writers prepare. Specialists review. The person responsible chooses the version. Everyone can find the facts, decisions and context to take the work forward.

Try the three roles · Example
Using the workshop information sheet, Camille includes its date, time and venue in an email and a web page. Both texts use the same information.
An email and a page ready for review.
The workshop has moved from 10 to 12 October. Alex checks that the new date appears everywhere and flags the address that still needs completing.
One corrected date. One address to confirm.
Sam collects both reviewed texts and the instructions for the team that will publish the page and send the email.
The right texts, for the right people.
Résonance is designed and published by the teams at ONG Conseil, a French start-up based in Paris. It combines technology, creativity and practical experience to help organisations prepare, personalise and coordinate their campaigns.
